How do the shoes come presented?
Shoes are presented in a clear plastic bag with an orange fabric trim on the sides and a blue drawstring. They have a little tag attached with a little information about your Shimmy Shoes and they make an ideal gift.
I’ve ordered the wrong size can I exchange them?
If for any reason you would like to return your shoes, we offer a hassle free returns policy for exchange or a full refund excluding postage. Please return unworn shoes enclosing receipt within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange them for a different design or size.
My shoes haven’t arrived is there a tracking number?
Yes there is!! They are sent via Royal Mails Recorded Delivery so are insured against being lost or damaged in the post. Please let us know if you haven’t received your shoes after 7 days.
