DELIVERY
Shoes are delivered in a drawstring gift bag that is ideal for going through letter boxes. They are sent via Royal Mails Recorded Delivery
so are insured against being lost or damaged in the post.
We do our very best to despatch orders within 3 working days, unless a particular product is out of stock we will then contact you. Most items on the site are held in stock and will always attempt to adjust the site if stocks run out. If an item is out of stock we will despatch the rest of your order and the out of stock item will follow.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER?
If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing we will make enquiries with the postal service. Please allow up to 14 days for a resolution.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you would like to return your shoes, we offer a hassle free returns policy for exchange or a full refund excluding postage. Please return unworn shoes enclosing receipt within 28 days to we will be happy to exchange them for a different design or size.
